A modern ALMA CHEM MCW CP system has been commissioned at ADLER Lacke in Schwaz, Austria. The system treats 60 m³/day of wastewater from paint production, reliably removing heavy metals, AOX, and hydrocarbons, and operates with custom-tailored ALMA AQUA wastewater treatment products to ensure maximum efficiency and operational reliability.

The installation of the Krählwerke and high-performance lamella separators in the ALMA BHU LHPS system is proceeding according to plan despite winter conditions. The 5,000 m³/h river water treatment plant is also on schedule, thanks to strong local partners and continuous installation monitoring by our engineers.

Dairy wastewater varies greatly and often contains fats (FOG), high COD loads, and extreme pH peaks from CIP cleaning. In our article, we show how economical pretreatment with screening, aerated buffer, neutralization, and DAF flotation reliably reduces these loads: robust, measurement-based, and designed for industrial practice.

At the end of the year, we brought the past year to a close together at our Christmas party. In a pleasant atmosphere, with good food, live music, and many stimulating conversations with colleagues, it became clear what makes our company special: solidarity, commitment, and a strong sense of togetherness.
At the DWA Water Days 2025, ALMAWATECH presented practical insights into 30 years of industrial wastewater treatment and modern biofilm processes. The event demonstrated how important innovation, networking, and technical expertise are for the future of water management.
