IFAT 2026 was a resounding success for ALMAWATECH. Numerous customers, partners, and prospective clients learned about our innovative solutions in industrial water treatment. There was particularly high demand for our ALMA NeoDAF flotation systems and our efficient cooling water recycling systems. The trade show once again demonstrated how important face-to-face discussions, sustainable technologies, and customized solutions are for modern industrial companies.

ALMAWATECH was represented at the 11th VDI Conference on “Optimization of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plants” in Gelsenkirchen. In his presentation, our colleague Frank Kuntze outlined practical approaches to water reuse in industry—from the initial project concept to the completed recycling plant.

At the end of the year, we brought the past year to a close together at our Christmas party. In a pleasant atmosphere, with good food, live music, and many stimulating conversations with colleagues, it became clear what makes our company special: solidarity, commitment, and a strong sense of togetherness.

At the DWA Water Days 2025, ALMAWATECH presented practical insights into 30 years of industrial wastewater treatment and modern biofilm processes. The event demonstrated how important innovation, networking, and technical expertise are for the future of water management.

ALMAWATECH will be giving a presentation at the VDI seminar "Optimization of industrial wastewater treatment plants" in Mainz on 11 and 12 March 2025. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Carla Cimatoribus, an expert in industrial wastewater technology, will speak about the optimization of a refinery wastewater treatment plant in the face of pollution from biofuels production.
