ALMAWATECH continues its positive business performance and is kicking off the second half of the year with numerous domestic and international projects.

Dynamic growth and challenging projects

The management team, led by Carolina and Gottlieb Hupfer, reports on a very dynamic and successful business performance in 2026. As early as the spring, process engineering planning work began for a large, modern riverwater treatment plant in eastern Germany. Among other things, ALMAWATECH is responsible there for implementing the ALMA-BHU precipitationand filtration stages, including ozonation and sludge dewatering.

High-Performance Solutions for the Food Industry

A high-performance ALMA NEO DAF flotation system is currently in the design phase for treating wastewater from a dairy in Swabia. In addition, an international food company has commissioned ALMAWATECH to supply two ALMA BHU CSTR anaerobic reactors for biogas production from wastewater in northern Germany.

Growing demand from Poland and the Netherlands

International business is also developing positively. A port service provider in Gdańsk recently awarded ALMAWATECH a contract for a modular wastewater treatment plant built using container technology. In addition, there are planning projects for water treatment for the Polish energy sector and for the Dutch green-tech industry.

Services and Team Further Expanded

In the service sector, the investment company ECO ALMA in Brazil is reporting rising revenue this year. To reliably support further growth, the company has expanded its staff in the spare parts and service divisions, as well as in its engineering teams and commercial administration.

Locations are being expanded

Alongside the expansion of its workforce, ALMAWATECH is currently expanding the facilities at its Babenhausen location as well as its logistics facilities in Dieburg. In doing so, ALMAWATECH is creating additional capacity to support the company’s continued growth and the implementation of challenging customer projects.

With a strong order backlog, growing international operations, and expanded capacity, ALMAWATECH is looking forward to the coming months with confidence.
