Take a look at a selection of our successfully implemented projects.

Sugar Industry, Southern Germany, ALMA BHU GMR
High-performance anaerobic wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 45 metric tons COD/day. Includes a new methane reactor (ALMA BHU GMR, approx. 5,300 m³), a two-stage heat recovery system, and fully automated gas utilization. Result: over 95% COD removal with stable plant operation year-round.

REMONDIS, Bargeshagen, ALMA CHEM MCW
Chemical-physical wastewater treatment for liquid hazardous waste at REMONDIS Industrie Service in Bargeshagen. The ALMA Chem MCW treats 60 m³ of wastewater per day using precipitation and flocculation.

Sacher, Austria, ALMA NeoDAF
ALMAWATECH built a compact, turnkey flotation plant in the ALMA module for the long-established company Sacher. The pre-assembled ALMA NeoDAF enables particularly fast installation and commissioning and offers high efficiency and sustainable wastewater treatment while requiring minimal space.

Metalworking, Germany; ALMA Clari
A multi-stage wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 40 m³/h was installed for a metal surface finishing operation. The combination of a light liquid separator, chemical precipitation and flocculation, followed by sedimentation in a lamella separator, enables the reliable removal of hydrocarbons and phosphate-containing substances with high efficiency and a compact design.

Glass manufacturer, Germany, ALMA OSMO VE
Production of deionized water and purified water using water softening, reverse osmosis, UV treatment, and mixed-bed filtration.

Waste management company, Germany, ALMA CHEM MCW
Construction of an ALMA CHEM MCW CP batch treatment plant with a capacity of 90 m³/day, designed for expansion to 120 m³/day. The plant treats oil separator effluent containing high concentrations of heavy metals, AOX, hydrocarbons, and solids through chemical precipitation, neutralization, and filtration.
