Developing solutions for water together.

Technical expertise, personal responsibility, and teamwork define our corporate culture.

Technology is created by people.

Behind every water and wastewater treatment plant are people, who work together to analyze, develop, design, program, and commission the plants.

As a family-owned business, we combine experience with new ideas, quick decision-making, and a commitment to developing solutions that are technically sound and reliable in the long term.

01

Take Responsibility

For projects, clients, and water.

Industrial water and wastewater systems must operate reliably. Our solutions are directly integrated into production processes, affecting water consumption, resource efficiency, and operational safety, and must continue to function reliably even under changing conditions.

That is why we take responsibility for our tasks and decisions. We address technical risks early on, question assumptions, and seek not the fastest, but the most sensible solution. For us, responsibility also means understanding a project beyond our own area of responsibility and working together to ensure that the planning results in a facility that delivers outstanding performance in operation.

02

Sharing Knowledge

Good water technology is a collaborative effort.

Process engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, and project management are all intertwined in our projects. Complex water and wastewater flows can rarely be understood or treated from just one technical perspective.

That is why we share our experiences from laboratory testing, engineering, assembly, commissioning, and plant operation with one another. Insights gained from a project should not remain with individual people, but rather be incorporated into future solutions. Experienced colleagues pass on their knowledge, while new team members bring different perspectives, technologies, and ideas to the table. In this way, our collective expertise continues to grow with every project.

03

Communicate openly

Clear, direct, and on equal footing.

Plant engineering is complex. Water quality varies, production conditions can fluctuate, and not every technical idea works on the first try. That is precisely why open communication is an essential part of successful projects for us.

Challenges should be addressed early on—within our own team as well as across departments or in collaboration with our clients. We do not view differing professional opinions as an obstacle, but rather as an opportunity to critically evaluate and further develop solutions. What matters most to us is an objective discussion in which the focus is ultimately on the technically best solution that makes the most sense for the project.

04

Stay curious

Because every kind of water is different.

Industrial wastewater and process water present very different challenges. Wastewater from the food industry behaves differently than a process stream from the metal, chemical, or energy industries. Standard solutions are therefore not always sufficient.

We test processes, conduct laboratory and pilot tests, compare technologies, and continuously refine existing plant designs. In doing so, we combine proven methods with new approaches whenever this offers a technical or economic advantage. For us, innovation does not mean making a solution as complicated as possible. It means solving a problem better, more robustly, and more sensibly than before.

05

Using Resources Wisely

Use water more efficiently.

Water is the key resource in our daily work. With our systems, we treat industrial wastewater, produce process water, close water loops, and enable the reuse of water within industrial processes.

In doing so, we consider more than just the required water quality. A good solution must also make sense in terms of energy requirements, chemical consumption, sludge and concentrate volumes, as well as maintenance and operating costs. Our goal is to combine technical safety, cost-effectiveness, and resource efficiency, and to develop systems that can be operated sustainably over the long term.

06

Creating Solutions Together

From the first test to the fully operational system.

A water treatment or wastewater treatment plant is not designed at a single desk. From the water analysis and initial laboratory tests, through process engineering, design, and automation, all the way to installation and commissioning, many work steps and specialized fields are interlinked.

That is why we view projects as a shared responsibility. Decisions made in one department often have a direct impact on other parts of the plant. Through short communication channels, direct dialogue, and a shared technical understanding, we develop solutions that not only meet individual requirements but also function as a cohesive system. Ultimately, we are united by a common goal: to build a plant that operates reliably for the customer and delivers real long-term value.
