Industrial high-pressure reverse osmosis systems for water treatment.
Reverse osmosis for water recycling

ALMA OSMO Process

Our reverse osmosis systems are specially designed to meet the requirements of industrial treatment of process water and wastewater as part of water recycling and circulation systems.

The systems are delivered turnkey on a stainless steel rack and are designed as fully automatic complete solutions. A softening system and ultrafiltration can be optionally integrated as pre-treatment to increase the yield and extend the membrane service life.

Our systems come with ALMA Control control software developed in-house, based on Siemens PLC, including remote maintenance function, fault message buffers and touch panel. The system is supplemented by comprehensive measurement technology in all relevant partial flows, for example for continuous monitoring of pressure, flow and conductivity.

Advantages

Can be supplied with antiscalants and membrane cleaners developed in-house by ALMAWATECH
Multi-stage system design (low, medium and high pressure stage) with concentrate treatment possible for compliance with low limit values and high permeate yield
Installation of the reverse osmosis system according to customer requirements: on a rack, in a modular container (ALMA module) or conventional installation
In consultation with the customer and depending on the type of application, can be designed in the standard cross-flow operating mode or in closed-circuit operating mode (CCRO)
