Laboratory tests - the first step towards process evaluation
In our pilot plant laboratory, we carry out specific laboratory tests (jar tests) to test the treatability of your wastewater under controlled conditions.
All relevant physico-chemical and biological parameters are examined and evaluated.
Our analytics include
Heavy metals, COD/BOD/DOC, pH, conductivity, solids content
Emulsion stability and separation limits
Sludge volume, floc structure and reaction kinetics
Based on these laboratory results, we can already make statements on compliance with limit values, chemical conditioning and possible process additives.
Pilot plants and pilot plant trials - on demand or at the customer's request
In addition to classic laboratory tests, it is also possible to carry out pilot tests on a pilot plant scale.
These pilot plant tests are not necessarily carried out as part of a feasibility study, but rather as required, particularly in the case of complex wastewater, or at the customer's request.
Various process stages can be tested under realistic operating conditions in order to:
assess process stability and operational safety,
compare process combinations (e.g. chemical-physical + biological),
validate dimensioning data and material flows,
and to enable a practical assessment of economic efficiency.
Our pilot systems can be configured flexibly and are also available for hire if required, ideal for temporary test phases directly at the customer's premises or on your factory premises.
