For ALMAWATECH, the annual company outing is not only an integral part of our corporate culture, but also a valuable opportunity to gain new professional impetus as a team. This year, the trip took us to Gerlingen to Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis, one of the world's leading providers of modern measurement technology for water and wastewater applications.

Technical insights into measurement technology for water and wastewater
We were welcomed by Mr. Christoph Kolb and Mr. Ulrich Stahl, who introduced us to the latest developments in the field of process and liquid analysis. Of particular interest were the technologies for monitoring water quality - from pH sensors and conductivity measurements to highly developed online analysis systems.
As specialists in plant engineering for industrial wastewater treatment and process water treatment, it was exciting for us to learn more about the structure and development of the measurement technology that we use to optimize biological, chemical-physical and membrane technology systems.

Factory tour through the modern measurement technology production
One of the highlights of the excursion was the guided tour of the Endress+Hauser production halls. Here we were able to experience at first hand how modern measurement technology is created: highly automated production, precise quality controls and innovative production processes.
Especially with regard to our own waste water plants, membrane systems and biological treatment processes, it was impressive to see how closely product quality and process reliability are linked.

Cultural highlight: Solitude Palace
After the intensive impressions at Endress+Hauser, we continued on to Solitude Palace in Stuttgart. During a guided tour of the baroque building, we were given fascinating insights into the history and architecture of this impressive complex. The palace, with its unique location and sweeping views towards Ludwigsburg, provided a perfect contrast to the technical insights we had gained in the morning.

Team building and finale
At the end of our company outing, we went to a restaurant together. We rounded off the day with good food, drinks and lively discussions. Such moments are particularly valuable for us as the ALMAWATECH team: they strengthen cohesion, promote communication and make us even more efficient as a company.
