Welcome and introduction of the management
Right at the beginning, our managing directors introduce themselves personally.Project inquiry and initial analysis
Every solution starts with a specific challenge. As soon as we receive a project inquiry, we record the requirements and determine the basics - tailor-made work from the very first minute.Basic determination and laboratory tests
Water analyses and treatment tests are carried out in our in-house laboratory to determine the optimum process combination. This is where it is decided which chemical-physical or biological processes will later be used in the plant.PID and engineering
Our engineers develop the P&I diagram (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) based on the laboratory results. This forms the core of the technical planning.
State-of-the-art CAD software is used to create 3D models, system layouts and process flow diagrams that precisely coordinate all components.Design and production
The system components are manufactured, pre-assembled and tested in our own production hall.
Short paths between planning and production guarantee quality, reliability and on-time implementation.Installation and commissioning
After delivery, our service technicians take over the installation and commissioning on site - including training of the operating personnel.
Each system is precisely adjusted to the local conditions and handed over ready for operation.Service and process additives
Our work does not end after commissioning.
Our ALMA AQUA process additives and our technical service provide our customers with long-term support during operation - with monitoring, maintenance, optimization and the supply of operating materials.
