Until now, three companies with the same family shareholder structure have operated on the market: ALMAWATECH Babenhausen, BHU Leonberg and Eco ALMA Brazil. The two shareholders have decided to merge the two companies ALMAWATECH and BHU into a single legal entity and to trade only under the name ALMAWATECH.
