Task
DEAXO GmbH is a leading industrial engineering company specializing in the implementation of industrial plant engineering projects. Its expertise spans several key industries, including the semiconductor, chemical, green energy, bio and pharmaceutical industries.
We were commissioned to build a state-of-the-art ultrapure water plant. This plant was specially designed to provide 30 m³/d of high-purity permeate. This permeate serves as an essential component for various production processes.

Solution & implementation
The production of ultrapure water requires maximum precision and efficiency, and this is where our ALMA OSMO VE system comes into play. In a specialized process, the drinking water goes through several crucial steps to ensure a truly high-purity end product.
1. softening the drinking water: In the first step, the drinking water goes through a softening phase in which dissolved calcium and magnesium cations are effectively removed. This process serves to protect the membranes of our reverse osmosis system by minimizing the formation of deposits (scaling).
2. reverse osmosis treatment: The softened water then enters our advanced reverse osmosis system. Here, dissolved ions and residual compounds are removed from the water, resulting in exceptional purity.
3. UV treatment for microbiological safety: The final step involves UV treatment of the water. Exposure to UV light effectively eliminates bacteria and other microorganisms, ensuring that the water meets the highest purity requirements.
Our ALMA OSMO VE technology ensures that you have a reliable and efficient method of producing high-purity water that meets the most stringent standards. If you would like to find out more about our ultrapure water solutions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
