ALMAWATECH will be giving a presentation at the VDI seminar "Optimization of industrial wastewater treatment plants" in Mainz on 11 and 12 March 2025. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Carla Cimatoribus, an expert in industrial wastewater technology, will speak about the optimization of a refinery wastewater treatment plant in the face of pollution from biofuels production.
ALMAWATECH will be giving a technical presentation at the DWA workshop on the treatment of industrial and commercial wastewater in Kassel on March 10 and 11, 2025. Dr. Alessandro Meda and Laura Loreth will present the possible uses of aerobic biofilm processes in industrial applications as well as their performance limits and advantages.

On November 14, 2024, we had the great opportunity to present our research projects at the Transferexchange of HESSENMETALL. Together with our representatives, Laura Loreth and Maksim Milosevic, we presented innovative solutions and developments that are helping to shape the future of industrial water and wastewater treatment.
The Transferexchange provided an ideal platform to promote the transfer of knowledge and technology between industry and colleges/universities in Hesse. The open and cooperative environment facilitated exciting discussions and exchanges about current challenges and innovative approaches in water technology.
Once again this year, we at ALMAWATECH were able to celebrate our traditional summer party. This annual event not only provides an opportunity to celebrate the successes of the current year, but also to enjoy a good time together in a relaxed atmosphere.
In the week from July 13 to 17, 2024, ALMAWATECH and BHU will be presenting their latest trade fair innovations at IFAT 2024. Visit us in hall A3 at stand 108 and we look forward to presenting our innovations for reducing the operating costs of flotation plants, the optimized chemical precipitation plant (CP plant) ALMA CHEM MCW, as well as our latest developments for the elimination of trace substances using the Fenton process.
