ALMA NeoDAF HDED

Dissolved air flotation with fully integrated, chemical-physical pre-treatment according to the process principle of precipitation, flocculation and neutralization. The system is used to treat industrial wastewater and can remove both dissolved and particulate substances.

Load-proportional dosing of operating materials: The inline dosing in our plants is controlled by a COD online measurement system that precisely adjusts the precipitants and flocculants to the wastewater load.
Non-clogging expansion valves: The air-saturated water flow is mixed in evenly through non-clogging pneumatic valves.
Patented, energy-efficient air saturation system: The Venturi effect efficiently mixes the air into the water, which reduces energy consumption.
Bubble Booster System: This patented system ensures energy-efficient micro-bubble formation and guarantees the optimum bubble size to maximize floc formation and separation of pollutants.
Removal of hydrocarbons, lipophilic substances, filterable substances, heavy metals and strong reduction of COD and BOD
Process control with ALMA Vision software based on the Siemens TIA portal
