At the company site in Babenhausen, we operate a technical centre for product development and a production facility for plant modules. Our own software and electrical planning department enables us to provide fast solutions from a single source and high-quality upgrades of existing plants.

BHU covers wide areas of environmental technology. The main focus of the product range is on industrial and municipal water treatment and wastewater treatment, as well as sludge treatment. BHU has municipal and industrial projects especially in the sugar and paper industry. BHU is successfully operating in the city of Qingdao in the eastern Chinese province of Shandong and has been handling projects there for a long time.

Enviro Tratamentos in Rio de Janeiro builds and operates disposal centres for industrial wastewater at various locations in Brazil. The respective wastewater is delivered by the industrial customers and treated in the disposal centre. Local partners take care of the collection logistics of the wastewater.

From the city of Ekaterinburg in the Urals, OOO ALMAWATECH serves customers in Russia and the surrounding countries with the system solutions of the ALMAWATECH Group. The local management has over 20 years of experience in industrial water and wastewater technology in Russia. Here, German and Russian experts work closely together in the planning and construction of the customised plants.

The group of companies is independent of any corporate group and is family-owned. The operative management has a stake in the companies.
